Job Description
Node JS Developer
We are looking for a Node JS Developer responsible for managing the data between the server and connected client.
Primary focus of the developer will be the development of all server-side
logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and
responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Developer will also be responsible for
integrating the front-end elements built by the frontend team into the application.
Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.
Tasks and Responsibilities
1.Provide input in analysis of requirements, Strong Object Oriented Design Principals
2.Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced technical environment.
3.Should possess good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
4.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and
challenging projects
5.Ability to work with business stakeholders to identify needs and apply appropriate
technical solutions.
6.Implementation of security and data protection
7.Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side
logic
8.Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
9.Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant application
10. Should have fair knowledge of frontend applications like Angular, HTML5, JQuery etc Technical Expertise
-Should be strong in NodeJS, Express, CoffeeScript
-Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ES6 or ES7. -Should have good knowledge of MySQL and MongoDB
-Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, Azure DevOps. -Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors
-Integration with 3rd party interfaces which includes SMS Gateway, Payment Gateway etc
-User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and
environments
-Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
-Basic understanding of HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, Angular Universal
