Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit and train new agents.
• Help the selected agents to complete the IRDA license process including examination.
• Convert inactive/ dormant agents into active agents through training & motivation.
• Help the Business generation in assigned territory
• Manage relationships with the channels
• Develop new sourcing streams by adding new channels
• Maximize own share of business in the channels
• Support business sourcing by coordinating regular training programs
• Motivation of sales channels for growth in business generation
• Provide constant feedback on companys products and market intelligence
