Roles and Responsibilities
1) Responsible for managing a team of unit sales managers assigned, who in turn will be managing the agents/brokers.
2) Implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objective for the channel.
3) Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped and intermediaries acquired by the USM.
4) To actively solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with the team and health agents.
5) Interdepartmental coordination with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations.
