Inviting applications for the role of Enterprise Data Architect
Responsibilities
- Work with team on client engagements that could either be delivered from the offices or at the client locations
- Working with the Business Units to identify the data requirements
- Implement the identified requirement in the conceptual, logical, and physical/schema models
- Create mapping documents showing data movement, in partnership with the sourcing system or consuming system developers
- Support technical leaders and architects in developing solution designs and proofs of concept
- Demonstrate a demeanor of just do it and appetite for learning
Minimum qualifications
- BE/B Tech/MCA
- Solid experience in consulting or client service delivery
- Strong Data Modeling experience and knowledge (Relational & Dimensional)
- Experience with Enterprise Data Modeling (Third Normal Form/3NF) including the managing of standardized Metadata conventions
- Experience with Enterprise Data Modeling, Logical Data Modeling, or Conceptual Data Modeling
- Solid experience with designing XML Schemas (XSDs)
- Solid experience with XML modeling tools like XMLSpy
- Experience with logical modeling tools (e.g. Erwin)
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working with Finance and Supply Chain(preferably) business areas to translate their business data needs and data gaps
- Experience with cloud data technologies such as Azure data factory, Azure storage, Azure data lake storage, Azure data bricks etc
- Preferably exp. with Consumer Packaged goods
