Job Description
Principal Consultant-DotNet
In this role, you would be primary responsible for development and some design of web and desktop applications based on .NET technology. Work with business people to have a real time understanding of business problem and, craft the solution which really fits into customer needs.
Responsibilities- Developing applications from detailed design specifications
- Working with other developers to ensure deadlines are met.
- Develop automated unit tests and responsibility for testing own code before Systems.
- Playing an active role in defining standards in coding, system design and architecture.
- Delivering solutions according to user requirements while meeting development, quality and documentation standards.
- Interacting with clients(on specific items)
- Enforce to client coding standards
- Working with the Test Manager in owning the System Test cycle
- Interacting with customers on client s sites
- Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives as the need arises
- Mentoring and coaching of graduate staff.
- Seek and resolve production problems with new insights
- Regular interaction (in person, email and over phone) with business and technical partners locally and globally for status update, requirement discussions, discussion around solution/approach etc
Minimum qualifications
- BE/B Tech/M Tech/MCA/BCA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in technologies like .Net , SQL and WEBAPI
- Technical Architect with hands on experience on .NET Core, MVC and Micro Services/ Web API.
- Good knowledge of in .Net technologies. i.e Asp.net , MVC, C#, .NET Core, Web API, SQL Server
- Must worked in either of Product or Enterprise applications
- Very Solid understanding of Design Patterns, proven Principles, OOPs Skills, UML.
- Very Good exposure of Client handling.
- Should have played an end-to-end Architect for large Enterprise Web Application including design and architecture.
- Able to deep dive into technical solutions and engage peer architects, leads and managers on design and architecture to build lasting solutions that seek business problems
- Proficient in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with experience in design, analysis and development stages.
- The ability to communicate, friendly and cultural behavior during customer contact.
- Strong customer focus
- Willingness and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to learn the Product/Platform and associated technologies.
- Ability to be learn and apply new processes and tools
