Experience: 4+ years
Education: Any Bachelors Degree
Location: Pune(Magarpatta City)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Job Description:
This is a critical Business Analyst role in our organization that will aid in delivering quality for our various software projects including our own flagship products and other services projects.
The role is key in ensuring that our deliverables are accurately aligned with customer/end-user requirements and market conditions and are subjected to the highest levels of quality control measures.
Responsibilities:
Analysing and translating functional requirements from product/biz teams into development tasks and test strategies/plans
Performing competitive analysis and market research and provide relevant inputs to product teams.
Validating and performing user acceptance testing on sprint/milestone deliverables.
Managing the sprint retrospective and lessons learned meetings and incorporating their outputs into future iterations
Training various teams on the functional domain and business vertical as and when needed.
Working with and managing various product development teams to ensure timely execution and delivery.
Communicating status of the product with the project managers and senior management periodically.
Being responsible for user sign-offs on the various projects.
Providing and maintaining customer training/usage/support documentation for production software.
Interacting with other teams (management/product/development/etc.) to minimize discrepancies and resolving issues efficiently.
Communicating and coordinating between local and overseas teams/clients.
Skill Requirements:
At least a Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant computer field.
At least 4 years experience doing business analysis preferably all of it in the IT industry.
Deep experience in requirements gathering via prototyping/workshops/interviews with various stakeholders.
Thorough knowledge of use-case modeling, creating BRD/FRD, doing gap analysis, etc.
Good knowledge of software development lifecycle and various processes (Agile experience would be a considerable advantage).
Good knowledge of app design (and UI design) challenges posed by limitations of the mobile landscape.
Should be a very good team person and be able to lead small teams.
Excellent customer interfacing capabilities.
Good problem solving skills along with ability to think clearly and learn quickly.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
