* Significant exposure and hands on experience in implementing the end to end SAP (ECC & S4HANA) Projects using ASAP Methodology.Exposure to SAP Activate methodology for S4 HANA Implementations.Experienced in working huge private and public sector projects and managing the clientsExperienced in managing SAP work stream in huge consortium and interfacing other work streams in integrated environment.Managing SAP implementation Team, Support, Development and Subcontracting TeamsSetting up the Project Organization, Project Governance and delivering the project with due diligence as per contractual terms.Experienced in delivering Project Implementation Proposals, Project Time Plans using Microsoft Project,Resource Plans, Cost estimates, Risks and Mitigation Plans Experienced on Pre-Sales like working Request for Quo,
