WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS ROLE:
Strong knowledge of networking and operating systems concepts.
Understanding of Software Defined Networking (SDN) & Network Function Virtualization (NFV), Open switch, OpenFlow, concepts and service models.
Exposure to virtualization and cloud technologies such as OpenStack, virtual networking, distributed programming, Linux containers, and SDN/NFV
Knowledge on Application layer, Control layer and Infrastructure layer.
Network virtualization.
Good to have Skills
Knowledge on Linux Shell Scripting.
NSX-T Process NSX mgr and NSX ctrl
NSX Routing, load balancing, firewall, Bridging.
Knowledge on NSX API and UI
Basic knowledge on Ansible
WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyzing the projects requirements and the ability to convert said requirements into technical documents, design and code
Implementing design methodologies and tool sets
Executing the development of software with a strong focus on the security, performance, and robustness.
Conducting deep level analysis to identify root cause to systematically resolve issues
Following all defined software configuration management best practices
Reviewing code to identify issues as well as deviations from best practices
Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
