Job Description

Understanding the Interior Work & detailing of Furniture work, Civil work, etc.

Explaining the works to the site and labor team & managing the complete Site work independently.

Attending the site Meetings with the Architect, Client and sub-contractors and representing the company at the senior project manager level, and understanding, discussing, and actively handling all the meeting points.

Reporting the site progress and work status to the Project Executive Director.

Market prevailing rates of the raw and finishing materials to be used for Interior work.

Software - Microsoft Office(Excel, word, etc), Autocad, etc.

Good communication skills.
