Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:-
Maintaining the reception area and handling reception duties.
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and emails etc
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
Keep updated records and files
Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
Knowledge of office management
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
