Job Description

Position Summary Business Development (Assistant Manager / Manager)
1.Responsible for Sales of Engineering services for Construction Supervision, Inspection, certification of Elevator/ Escalator, in Real estate, Hospitality, Commercial, Facility Management sectors.
Responsibility and Authority
1. Lead generation, proposal preparation, submission & follow-up to achieve monthly, Annual Sales target
2. Close coordination with Technical team and client.
3. Revenue collection
4. Maintain TAT (turnaround time).
5. Report submission.
6. To arrange meetings for Senior team members with key clients
7. Good Communication & Presentation skills
Competencies
Good Communication, Presentable, Positive Attitude, Knowledge of Office package, Good command in preparation of PP presentation, comfortable with travel within the region for BD activity, Self Motivator with Techno-commercial approach
Education and Experience
1. Engineering graduate (BE/B Tech) with Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics & Instrumentation / MBA in Marketing is desirable.
2. 4+ years of Engineering services marketing or Business development for technical services for Elevator/ Escalator (Architectural firms / Lift OEMs like OTIS, KONE, etc..), Project Management Consultancy (CBRE, JLL, Knight Frank, Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield etc.), Facility Management Services.
