Job Description
1.FACTORY ADMINISTRATION WITH THE HELP OF HR EXECUTIVE
i.Maintenance of factory premises with cleanliness with working atmosphere
ii.Take care of welfare of the employees and ensure security of the employees
iii.Keeping safety measure as per factory act such as first aid box/ fire extinguisher etc..
iv.display of statutory display board as per factory act / labour act etc..
v.Renewal of necessary license/ pollution/
vi.Filing and submitting monthly and annual returns as per labour act/ factory act/ weight and measurement act...etc..
vii.Maintain statutory register as per factory act/labour act/ESI/ PF etc
viii.Interact with electricity board any repair work and ensure continuous power supply
ix.Maintenance of DG set
x.Ensure the Security are working as per the system implemented by us and modify the system based on the requirement and check periodically
xi.Discuss with contractors for casual to solve casual labour issue and recruiting, selecting, and training employees.
2.PLANT MAINTENANCE WITH PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS/ MAINTENANCE IN CHARGE
i.Carry out repair as maintenance schedule and minimize the production loss
ii.Update the machinery history register
3.PRODUCTION with production supervisors and shift in charge
I.Prepare the production budget including manpower planning /shift planning
II.Compare the actual achievement with budgeted production and analysis the reason for excess/ shortage on monthly basis
III.Take measures to minimize the wastage
IV.Schedule the production plan as per the sales/ dispatch plan
V.Maintain daily production report for each machine
VI.Maintain brake down history of each machine and repair expenditure
VII.Maintain minimum stores and spare for the maintenance work
4.STOCK and RAW MATERIAL ADMINISTRATION WITH THE HELP OF ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE / SALES CO-ORDINATOR AND HR EXECUTIVE
I.Maintain and Update the raw material stock register on a daily basis and send report to admin office purchase / consumption as per the FORMAT
II.Maintain and update production register/records and send daily production report to admin office as per the FORMAT
5.GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
I.Approve all petty cash vouchers
II.Certify the daily attendance register
III.Approve all the PO and purchase bills
IV.Approve the leave application of the employees
V.Certify the daily stock statement send to admin office
VI.Certify the daily production report send to the admin office
VII.Certify the Delivery challan for material movement
6.VERIFYING AND SENDING MONTHLY CLOSING REPROT TO ADMIN OFFICE
