Job Description
1.Preparing Quotation / Proforma invoice as per the company format
2.Follow up for customer for Sale order
3.Maintain Sales order register and monitor the pending orders in hand and arrange for desptach in coordination with production department
4.Prepare the daily dispatch plan based on the stock availability in coordination with finished goods store in charge
5.Arranging the vehicle as per dispatch plan in coordination with customer and transporter
6.Intimate the Admin office about the daily dispatch plan and get the invoice and e-way bill from the admin office
7.Sending daily pending order report to the admin office providing details as opening balance of orders in hand / add orders received on that date/ deduct executed orders/ closing balance as on date. Customer wise consolidated report with back up of product details
8.Customer follow up:
a). Informing the dispatch details
b). Confirming the receipts of the goods
c). Follow up for the collection
d). Attend the customer complaints properly and solve the issue
9.sending / hand over one invoice copy to factory accounts person and maintain one copy in factory records along with dispatch details for reference purpose
10.Verification of transporter bills and passing the bill for payment attaching records maintained in factory.
