Job Description

A main responsibility of Assistant manager is to act in the role of Manager in the manager Absence.
Manage Team Leaders, Trainer & QA to monitor team
Execute process and daily tasks of contact center as clients required
Coach, Train and Monitor Team Leaders on how to manage daily operations and achieve the KPIs targets
Prepares call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
Be Escalation point in case superior /or Team leader cannot handle an issue.
