Profile: Counselor / Senior Counselor
Work Location:
Experience: 3-7 years
Job Description:
Responsibilities and Duties:
1) Counsel the students and guide them with the right career options.
2) Convert the Walk-ins into admissions for the film making courses like Acting,
Direction, and Cinematography.
3) Ensure to meet the sales/ revenue targets set for the branch.
4) Handling outbound calls/inbound calls to explain about the product/courses.
5) Making calls to the cold leads on a regular basis.
6) Conducting Seminars/Workshops in colleges to meet admission targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Prior experience of at least 3-7 years in education sales, counseling and student
Management preferably for film making courses.
2. Sales experience from non-education may be considered. Preferred Courses Modeling,
Photography, Fashion Designing.
3. Good problem solving skills.
4. Confident personality and good communication.
Working days-6 days (Roster Off)
