Job Description

• • Successfully manage, prioritise and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritise to hit all customer SLAs.
  • You will plan and execute creative and effective sourcing strategies to find great talent for a variety of positions across Australia. This includes collaborating with recruiters and hiring teams to determine the qualifications for each role.
  • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements and on their technical capabilities.
  • Be the knowledge of the recruitment team continuously educating us on the what, where, and how of sourcing strategies, including market data, trends, and the best sourcing channels to engage top talent.
  • You ll pioneer and lead the usage of new tools for talent mapping, candidate nurturing, and building market intelligence.
  • You will keep prospect data updated, accurate, and recognise the value that comes from developing a long-term, internal, talent database.
  • You will demonstrate excellent time and project management skills to optimise weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to achieve target metrics. You will be a resource for the company in building strong candidate pipelines to maximise efficiency in filling open positions.
