We are hiring for,

Manager Quality Assurance

1) Responsibility for defining and driving a culture of continuous improvement within the ROC business by defining quality goals and build mechanisms to identify and eliminate defects throughout the process
2) Be an advocate for the end-customer, define the end customer outcomes and work backwards to improve the input performance so that the goals are met
3) Collaborate on the design, development, maintenance, and delivery/presentation of metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions
4) Building a data oriented culture, adoption of technology solutions and process improvement projects to achieve operational and business goals.
5) Managing stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operational milestones, process changes, escalations, etc.
