Job Description

Looking for a young and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about marketing and is willing to work with a team. The ideal candidate should be good in communication and should be able to give inputs on a regular basis.

  1. Managing and handling all the third party vendors and external parties.
  2. Coordinating and supervising the social media, PR and other agencies.
  3. Maintaining and updating the collaterals, eg. the various forms and documents to be printed, internal signages, external signages, annual ad creatives, appointment ads etc.
  4. Placing orders (sending out PO) to vendors to have the collaterals printed as and when required, and approving bills for payment for such POs.
  5. Coordinating with the website and ERP team.
  6. Updating content on the website such as but not limited to the Calendar, Holiday List, SEO content, photographs, Book List etc.
  7. Proofreading and editing the monthly newsletters/magazines
  8. Coordinating with the in house designer for day to day creatives for school and social media.
  9. Keeping track of photographs and videos inventory.
  10. Coordinating with the media houses for regular publishing of articles, ads and other offline communication.
  11. Writing various articles for blogs, facebook posts, etc
  12. Managing and updating Google My Business and Website on a regular basis
  13. Prepare PPTs for inhouse events, seminars, workshops, etc
  14. Coordinate and execute with the media houses for Awards, Certificates and other recognitions
