We are currently seeking a Expert Scrum Master and Agile Coach to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
The consultant must organize the scrum events for multiple
scrum teams, including in particular retrospectiveand cross
scrum team alignments. One core responsibility is to
remove impediments. The agile expert must provide regular
coaching and training where appropriate to improve the
agile proficiency and mindset of the team. Prepare and
moderate workshops to analyze growth potential and need
for change (at least twice a year). Carry out cross
organizational team building event to create long-term
collaboration model.
