Job Description

Looking for 6-8 year experience as a scrum master

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Plan and maintain the backlog.
Plan and conduct Scrum events
Removing project impediments that impact the team productivity and performance
Helping the development team to create high-value products

Must-Have

At least 6-8 years and Good knowledge on agile delivery process and methodology
Plan and maintain the backlog
Plan and conduct Scrum events
Communicating the understanding of product planning to Product owner
Helping the team understand the product backlog items
Removing project impediments that impact the team productivity and performance
Helping the development team to create high-value products
Ensuring the development team is working on sprint goal.
Creating transparency in processes and resolving conflicts
Coaching the Development Team

Good-to-Have

Knowledge on AWS, DevOps
Airlines Domain knowledge
Experience in proposing ideas / solutions to customers
