Job Description

Responsible for working on the open positions along with the recruiters team as per defined TAT
Sourcing quality profiles according to the requirement of the clients
Conduct and participate in bulk hiring drives
Sourcing the candidate from the Database, Job portals, Job posting, Mass Mailing, Internet Search and References with relevant and quality candidates within the stipulated time frame
Screening filtering and shortlisting the candidates according to the client requirements.
Proven Experience in a Recruiting Domain
