Hardware Engineer

Participating in regular production meetings to understand production priorities and scheduling work accordingly
Communicating material disposition to Operations management
Coordinating repair and/or return to vendor at contract manufacturers (CMs) (interfacing with Quality Management to issue supplier corrective action requests (SCARs) and Procurement team and Return to Vendor (RTV))
Providing feedback to assembly operations and procurement teams to drive continuous yield/manufacturability improvement
Providing mentoring and training to assembly staff to support improvements in product yield/manufacturability
Assessing test results, troubleshoot boards/systems/subassemblies
Supporting new product ramp in prototype builds, debug, repair and analysis to expedite time to stable production
Compile production yield and RMA statistics.
