1. Candidate Should Have 1- 2 Years Of Experience In IT Recruitment.

2. Only Female Candidates Are Preferred.

3. Handling The Complete Recruitment Life-Cycle.

4. Sourcing Candidates Through Internal Database, Job Portals, Social Media Networking Sites And By Advertisements.

5. Able To Take Initial Screening Rounds For Understanding The Candidate's Skills And Competencies.

6. Ensuring Timely Follow Ups With The Candidates Until The Completion Of Interview Process.

7. Coordinating Between The Candidate And Client During The Entire Recruitment Process.

8. Strong Communication, Interpersonal And Relationship Management Skills Is Needed.

9. Candidate Should Be In Bangalore (Near Banaswadi) And Ready To Start Immediately Or Within A Week.
