"Job Opening for Team Leader"

We are looking for a result-driven Team leader to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of consultants to achieve the organizations objectives and increase Collections. You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the Collection team's potential.

JOB Profile

Managing a team of Collection Agents (15 to 20 Agents).
Efficiency to manage team daily operation hurdles.
Ensure collections & quality targets are met.
Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
Delegating tasks to team members.
Control Team attrition & motivate agents for Work.
Preparing and publishing daily MIS & other reports.
Call Table Strategy.
Review Mechanism.
Data Analysis.

Professional Skills


Team Lead, Collection Process, Banking Process.
Good communication and Basic Banking knowledge are preferred.
Smart to handle calling team
Ability to convince
Computer Skills - Basic MS Office Proficient in MS OFFICE, WINDOWS
