Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager/Executive.
He/she will be working at Delhi Co-working space after their training of 1 month in Mumbai office. (Travelling and accommodationexpenseswill be borne by the company)
The candidate should:
Be good at using all social media platforms
Have excellent communication skills
Have basic idea of analytics
Be a fast learner
Experience in Digital Marketing is a big plus.
Role Requirements
Excellent Communication skills
Hands-on experience of working on Excel with knowledge of charting, creating pivots etc
Understanding of Digital Marketing
She/He will manage the queries of our existing clients.
Provide refresher training.
Help in the on-boarding of new clients by providing them training and setting up of the tool.
Actively reach out to existing customers in Mumbai to explain new features of software
Recommend best practices in Social Listening and analytics
Communicate with the resellers in the US on regular basis and provide them training on new features of software
Compensation: As per skills and experience
Location: Hauz Khas, New Delhi
Working Days:Mon - Fri
Working Time: 9 AM 6 PM
