Job Description

Dear Candidates,

We are looking forward candidate who is expert in HR- Compliances.

1. Candidate should be well versed with all the HR Compliance. PF, ESIC. All work related to ESI e.g. Preparation of ESI Returns, Filling of ESIC E-Challan, Labour Welfare Fund and Professional Tax.

2. Candidate should be able to generate UAN & TAN.

3 Can able to cross check all minimum wages and should be updated with all the norms of Minimum wages.

4. Carrying out the task relating to provident fund of the employees e.g. working out pf contribution, Preparation of PF returns & PF Challan.

5. Handling compliance part of pan India level.

6. Resolve day to day queries of employees PF through call/mail for active/ex-employee.
