We are currently seeking a Security Analysis Senior Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Role Responsibilities
- The Security Analysis Senior Analyst will work on Request Management and Change management to support our leveraged or dedicated customer base.
- Daily Maintenance and operations of leveraged network security infrastructure.
- Implement Network Security solutions in a customer environment.
- Provide operational support of the Network Security environments.
- Detect security issues, create customer tickets and manage problems until closure.
- Ensure that Service Level Agreements and operational standards are met.
- Perform system maintenance, checkups and maintain current documentation.
- Provide resolution plans for device issues.
- Propose service, process and technical improvements to management.
Requirements
A network Security Analysis Senior Analyst requires basic experience on most of the following Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Ability to grasp complex issues to arrive at optimal solutions
- Flexible to changing needs of customer, account and team
- Excellent customer facing communication skills, customer support and knowledge of ITIL best practices. ITIL certification is a plus.
- Basic-level experience and proven knowledge in atleast 2 of different network security products likes Firewalls (Cisco, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Juniper, Sonicwall), Content Filtering (Bluecoats, Websense, McAfee Web gateway) and IDS/IPS (Cisco Sourcefire, McAfee, Tipping Point, Snort)
- Basic-level networking troubleshooting skills and extensive knowledge of web connectivity and protocols (WCCP, PAC files, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, FTP, Telnet, SSH, etc.)
- Understanding the integration with authentication protocols such as LDAP, IWA, IWA-direct, SSO, Active directory.
- At least one basic-level certification in network security from Cisco, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Juniper, McAfee, BlueCoat, Websense, SourceFire etc
- This person must have good time management skills to properly manage operations duties and other task that will assist in the optimization of the Network Security team
- Clear understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems
- 2 + years of network security experience.
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
Desired Skills
- Experience with Checkpoint version R80.20 or higher on Linux or Unix based platforms
- Implementing and managing multiple IDS/IPS solutions technologies (Sourcefire, McAfee, TippingPoint, Snort or Cisco)
- Experienced with ITIL best practices and familiar with regulations such as SOX, PCI, HIPPA
