HRBR Layout 2nd Block, Extension, Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru.
Experience: Min 3 Year
Salary: 2.50 - 3.50 LPA
Preference shall be given to people having experience in Italian Cuisine.
Job Description:
Restaurant Operations:
1. Working with Chefs to understand and help him plan menus that are flavorful and popular with customers
2. Maintaining and enhancing the upkeep of the Restaurant like restaurant ambiance by controlling Lightning, background music, furniture (tables & Chairs, sofas, cushions etc.) linen Service, glassware, dinnerware, utensil quality & placement.
3. Monitoring food presentation and maintaining the quality and standard of food by tasting them two times daily ( Before lunch and dinner)
4. Responsible to maintain safe, secure and healthy environment by following and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures given by corporate Office pertaining to food handling , general cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and area which is accessible to guest (dinning ,lobby, guest toilets).
5. Supervising the cleanliness and maintenance of parking space /vehicle parking arrangement and passages.
6. Sign off AMC contracts as far as possible for vehicles used for parcels, ACs, pest control etc
7. General Cleaning & Deep Cleaning plans to be prepared and executed on regular intervals.
8. To liaise or ensure liaison with the client a few days before the function to confirm exact numbers
9. To ensure that bands, discos, or entertainment has been booked as directed.
