Preferred Skills (Preferred/Desired skill set) expected from the applicant:

• Ability to:
  • Analyse financial accounts and demonstrate a good understanding and application of accounting principles.
  • To understand various accounting standards like USGAAP, IFRS, etc.,
• Financial spreads experience in Business Banking
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Be able to articulate detail clearly and concisely, and, bring messages and arguments to life for target audiences.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Self-motivated individual with an ability to work to tight deadlines
• Willingness to learn and embrace change in a fast-moving environment.

Qualification and other Preferences (If any):

• Graduate (Any/preferred - Commerce background) with minimum of 5 years of work experience in an international BPO Banking process
• Candidates with CA / CA-inter / ICWA / ICWA-Inter preferred
• 2 years of experience in the financial services industry that required an understanding of lending and accounting concepts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to positively influence and work collaboratively with key stakeholders.
• Flexible team player who will promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the team
• Flexible to work in Shift timings (UK shift timings)
