1. To introduce & acquire new CASA customers in the identified segment and reference generation from the specified catchment.
2. To ensure sourcing of quality accounts in terms of product mix, segments and constitution mix.
3. To ensure initial customer handholding (Right advise to customer for product and documentation, opening a/c within TAT, familiarize customers with branch service RM and processes, monitor welcome kit delivery and follow up for repeat funding and use of account for business transactions).
4. To ensure proactive registration & activation of acquired customers to direct banking channels.
5. To meet & exceed the defined targets of new customer acquisition month on month by analyzing transaction banking needs of the customers.
6. To abide strictly with the selling norms defined by the organization and adherence to guidelines by internal & external regulators.
7. To ensure quality sourcing in line with the Banks policy.
8. To Adhere to sales process & KYC Norms of the bank.
