Role: Product Manager or Scrum Master

Location: Noida

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Customers and Sales, Implementation and Support teams to understand the requirements.
• Analyze issues and new requirements and find innovative solutions to avoid repetitive tasks.
• Support Sales and marketing team with required collateral documents.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Experience with ERP / CRM / SaaS solutions.
• Experience of going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.
• Expertise in detailed requirement documentation, management and presentation.
• Experience in Agile Development Methodologies and Scrum Management.
• Experience driving projects with cross-functional colleagues.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, organizational and presentation skills.
