Job Description

-Ability to communicate complex issues in a friendly and easy to understand format
Significant attention to detail
-To proactively identify opportunities to improve the service performance and inform immediate Supervisor.
-Respond to inbound Luxury calls and effectively consult customers or prospective customers regarding products.
-Responsible to effectively handle customer calls and provide appropriate level of service and issue resolution according to company guidelines while providing a superior customer experience.
-Appropriately escalate customer issues as and when necessary according to guidelines.
-To complete & meet all customers requests as per defined guidelines
-Ensure FTR on calls and provide end to end resolution to avoid repeat calls from customers
