Job Responsibilities:
To handle Talent Acquisition at branch level.
Sourcing, Screening, shortlisting candidates and coordinate with business for smooth interview process ,Hiring Mid ,Entry Level & Lateral Level of hiring.
Provide best candidate experience pre and post recruitment process
Handle 40+ branches in different locations.
Maintain complete MIS and provide data insights related to Talent Acquisition.
Attendance & Payroll Management
Statutory Compliance
Employee Exit management
Other General HR Activities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Any Male MBA / MSW in HR with 2 to 4 years experience in Bulk hiring. Preferably from MFI / BFSI / NBFC domain.
Flexible to travel to different branch locations and connect with employees
Should be ready to work towards high hiring numbers under pressure.
Good knowledge in MS Office Excel / Power Point
Should be a team player.
