Job Location:Nagpur , India 


Roles & Responsibilities for Team Leader-


Should know throughput calculation like attrition, shrinkage.
Should have handled agents
Should handle the team weekly reviews and encourage team to meet organizational goals
Responsible for staff retention within the team.
Should be aware of KRAS, KPIS, SLA, AHT, Occupancy, Attrition Formula, Shrinkage formula.
Excellent communication skills 

Req - 

Graduates with min 1 yr exp as TL in US healthcare process ( preferring payers end )

Graduates with min 1 year experience as Team coach or sme for Trainee TL in US Healthcare .
