Designation: Process Associate.
Qualification: Any graduate or post graduate.
Years of experience: Fresher / 0 to 6 months.
Shift Timings: Night Shift.
Location: Chaitanyapuri, Dilsukhnagar Hyderabad.
Skills required: We are looking for the Fresher who completed graduation with good English communication skills.
- Good communication skill set with effective IQ level.
- Knowledge about MS Office (word and excel).
- Good spoken and typing skills.
- Agility of learning.
- Result oriented.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Adaptable and flexible.
Desired Candidate Profile : Fresher with any graduation is fine with good English communications skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Need to solve the clients quires and suggest them the best possible way.
- Need to communicate and respond to the client in order to collect the information required for the task.
- Need to maintain the timely communication (email-chat/ calls) in order to accomplish the task with in the time frame with high accuracy.
- Having the knowledge in searching the different approaches to solve the complex situations is an advantage.
- Have to handle and safeguard the sensitive material and confidential information.
- Need to maintain the professional and positive attitude all the time.
- Need to create the client files and maintain the track of procedure.
