Job Description
Scope of services:
Hyperion Consultant responsibilities would include:
Leading client service delivery in the active execution of engagements in compliance with best practices.
Implementing Oracle Hyperion solutions to assist clients with enhancement of enterprise performance management.
Utilizing technical and industry knowledge to identify complex client requirements and build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery and networking in professional organizations.
Experience in process reengineering, designing and implementing business performance management applications including budgeting, forecasting, planning, consolidation, and reporting.
Perform fit/gap analysis on the clients business processes and their use of the software or intended use of the software. Solutions to problems will need to be identified and communicated to the client.
Design configurations, enhancements, conversions and interfaces. This may include customizations and workarounds when the delivered functionality is not sufficient to meet the clients business process requirements.
Perform system testing by developing and documenting test scenarios including scenario design with flow mapping and perform prototyping as needed.
Develop a training plan for applications installed and conduct training sessions with client personnel or client trainers.
Required skills set:
1.Solid experience in budgeting and planning applications (preferably in public sector industry), including
-Capex, Opex, Cash flow and workforce panning
2.Hyperion Planning Plus
3.Hyperion Capital Asset Planning
4.Oracle Hyperion Public Sector Planning & Budgeting
5.Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management FDMEE
6.Hyperion Financial Data Management Adapter Suite
7.User Productivity Kit for Hyperion Planning Plus
8.Strong experience in FDMEE and integration with Oracle GL.
9.Essbass.
10.Business rules and calculation scripts.
11.LSM
12.User security
13.Building complex data forms.
14.Creating reports using Hyperion financial reporting (HFR).
15.Smarview.
16.Exceptional analytical skills
17.Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
18.Excellent written and verbal communication skill
