We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, Power BI Lead
Responsibilities
Team leading experience and sound knowledge of Effort estimation
Working experience in designing BI solutions in Power BI tool
Working experience in ETL technologies (MSBI, Informatica, Oracle BI) and SQL Server or Oracle
A good understanding of Software Quality Processes
Strong written and oral communications skills
Manages business-level client relationships (expectations, communications, negotiations, escalation, feedback, etc.).
Drives & is accountable for operations across the full project lifecycle, from prospect to collections
Conducts core activities of planning and tracking such as setting up a plan in the Plan Tool or the chosen project management tool for the project, assigning stories to iterations (if relevant), and managing the plan in terms of issue/dependency tracking and milestones.
Identifies and drives the creation of a set of processes that best facilitates the execution of the project.
Leads activities for decomposing requirements into associated stories. or other relevant sub units
Facilitates scope management with clients as well as oversees estimates.
Ability to come up with a relationship management strategy at an account level.
Facilitate issue resolution with business level stakeholders"
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering graduate degree or equivalent with a good academic record
experience in IT industry with working experience in BI solution design, build & implementations
Sound knowledge of framework and lifecycle of Technology Projects
Preferred qualifications
Hands on experience in Power BI development with ETL on Alteryx/SSIS
Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Proven proficiency
