Job Description
Principal Consultant UX Designer
UX designer who can create seamless interfaces taking into account client demands and user requirements.
Responsibilities
- Expert in user research & highly proficient with tools such as user persona, task analysis, user journey mapping, cognitive walk-through etc
- Expert in usability, human-computer-interactions (HCI) and heuristics evaluation
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing and performing observational research
- Ability to reframe the problems in the users / customers context, generate innovative ideas & provide thought leadership
- Comfortable working in agile software development environment and experience of using relevant tools (Jira/Rally/confluence/Aha)
- Prior experience working in an healthcare industry / regulatory environment (desired, but not necessary)
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- BE in Computer Science or equivalent
Preferred qualifications
- Ability to visualise new features / functionalities of complex software platform/applications
- Excel in improving overall navigation & search capabilities of complex software platform/applications
- Excel in organising information and defining the structure of complex software platform/applications
- High sensitivity & attention to details, UX writing, and data visualisation
- Expert on end-to-end UX design process and highly proficient with tools such as Sketch & Invision
- Experience working on complex enterprise applications and ability to define and direct the UX design strategy for the team
- Ability to reframe the problems in the users / customers context, generate innovative ideas & provide thought leadership
- Comfortable working in agile software development environment and experience of using relevant tools (Jira/confluence/Aha)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies to anticipate and remediate UX design implementation (desired, but not necessary)
- Prior experience working in an healthcare industry / regulatory environment (desired, but not necessary)
