Head Catalog Company : E-Commerce Loaction : Gurgaon (Work from Office) Profile : Job Description: Organize and manage digital content (images / video) for multiple brands Coordinate with category, marketing and production to ensure product content is accurate and properly distributed Responsible for resolving product info disputes real time Create merchandising guidelines to keep brand positioning intact Create processes with cross-teams to ensure fluid flow of information Assign KRA, KPI for self and team to track performance Coordinate with product team to suggest improvements that will drive operational efficiency. Owning the metric for catalog quality i.e. high standard of merchandizing Driving internal analytics to provide insights on SKU's Team management - ensuring a strong learning environment, addressing training needs from time to time / managing an efficient and lean team Preferred Candidate : Graduate with 5-7 years of experience in Catalogue Operations A competent decision-maker with the ability to develop, own and build a strategic plan and execute the same Effective Analytical and Communication skills Should be a team player, and an effective administrator Creativity & Initiative - demonstrate creativity & originality in your work and have the personal drive and initiative to bring about change and help drive the business forward Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel If interested for above position , Pls revert me with your updated CV and below details mentioned to process your CV.
