Job Description: Nursing Jobs for Germany

We are Magic Billion www.magicbillion.in. We are registered with Government of India's Skill India Program and are offering this opportunity for Registered Nurses from India.

Details of the program:

Permanent contracts with hospitals (between 400-2800 employees) in Germany some are 2-year contracts but plenty of options to extend at 2-3 locations in Germany including Northern Bavaria, and Rheinhessen.
Working hours are 38-40 hours per week (potential for overtime work).
Salary (as a nursing assistant and before professional recognition exam typically first 12 months): 2,400 euros/month. Sometimes an additional shift allowance of about 200 euros.
Salary (after professional recognition): 2800-3000 euros/month. Sometimes an additional shift allowance of about 300 euros (can go higher).
Company pension scheme: kicks in after 60 employment months
Additional benefits (given by some hospitals): Nursing training, 10 per month gym subsidy, annual works outing, Christmas party , Vacation: 24-28 days annually (paid)
Main Benefit: After passing the professional accreditation (Berufsanerkennung) currently candidates receive a 1,500 bonus
Other benefit: while attaining the preparation course for professional accreditation (Berufsanerkennung) they are provided a light notebook, which practically can be kept after the completion of the course.

Candidate Profile:
20-35-year-old registered nurses from India
Males and females
4-year B.Sc. Nursing recognized by Government of India
Desirable professional experience: prior experience in internal medicine ward, surgery ward, geriatric ward, general/normal ward, emergency ward, ICU, acute medicine. Personal qualities: reliability, robustness/resilience, flexibility, willing to take responsibility, proactive.
Need to learn German up to B2 level (upper intermediate) before arriving in Germany (this will be supported by Magic Billion and takes between 10-12 months)
