Roles and Responsibilities
Required Vice President - able to take care of 5-10 Projects related to Highways
- In charge of all functions of the projects including Project Planning, Management & Monitoring.
- Identification of inputs required for timely completion of the projects cost, budget and financial control.
- Supervise work on-site to ensure it complies with health and safety regulations.
- Also overlooks the delivery of materials, Ensures equipment is properly used and maintained and that optimum construction quality is maintained.
- Co-ordinate and supervise activity on an array of construction.
- Keep accurate records of costs and bills.
- Develops a deliverable schedule to provide at the site engineers.
- Coordinating & directing the efforts of engineers.
- Interacting with state government Authorities.
- Coordinate, deal and update the clients on progress of work, timely inspection.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Looking for Candidates having relevant experience of 20 to 30 years in project management, preferably from highway construction Industry.
- Must be good at cost control & management of construction activities according to schedule.
- Ought to develop good relation with our employees and motivate them to do well by appreciating their good performance.
