Roles and Responsibilities
Required Vice President - able to take care of 5-10 Projects related to Highways
In charge of all functions of the projects including Project Planning, Management & Monitoring.
Identification of inputs required for timely completion of the projects cost, budget and financial control.
Supervise work on-site to ensure it complies with health and safety regulations.
Also overlooks the delivery of materials, Ensures equipment is properly used and maintained and that optimum construction quality is maintained.
Co-ordinate and supervise activity on an array of construction.
Keep accurate records of costs and bills.
Develops a deliverable schedule to provide at the site engineers.
Coordinating & directing the efforts of engineers.
Interacting with state government Authorities.
Coordinate, deal and update the clients on progress of work, timely inspection.
Desired Candidate Profile
Looking for Candidates having relevant experience of 20 to 30 years in project management, preferably from highway construction Industry.
Must be good at cost control & management of construction activities according to schedule.
Ought to develop good relation with our employees and motivate them to do well by appreciating their good performance.
