Role- Relationship Manager/Equity Dealer
CTC- up to-5 lac+ incentive + Other benefitBranch Dealing
Key responsibilities andaccountability
- Responsible to generate brokerage primarily through advising clients on their equity portfolio for long-term investments as well as positional trading ideas in stocks for the short/ medium term.
- Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customer and also focus on generating new business.
- To maintain a synergetic relationship with Relationship Managers, by supporting their efforts to enhance business.
- To keep abreast with the market knowledge and market intelligence.
- Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance & Risk.
- Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required.
Skills & Knowledge
- Graduate / Postgraduate with minimum 1yr exp in Equities on the client advisory side
- Should have a sound understanding of capital markets,
- Should be a result-oriented, selfstarter, proactive, good communication skills.
- Should possess strong networking & relationship-building skills.
- Should be certified in Derivative Certificate (NISM-8) for equity dealer profile
Relationship Manager-Branch Sales
Key responsibilities andaccountability
- Responsible for new client acquisition, building new relationships, and increasing depth in existing relationships with clients
- Will be responsible for primarily selling Equity based investment products.
- Responsible for identifying customer needs, assessing their risk appetite, and providing them investment options.
- Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
- Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as an when required
Skills & Knowledge
- Graduate / Postgraduate with Min 1 yrs exp in direct selling of financial products from any financial services industry.
- Should have good communication & presentation skills.
- May have good existing client relationships in the market.
- Should be a self-starter, proactive & target-oriented.
- Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills
Bank channel Dealing
Job Role
- To ensure active management of clients & achieve the target active AUM
- To be responsible for identifying customer needs, assessing their risk appetite, and providing them investment options
- To provide regular updates to the clients regarding the market changes and subsequent changes to the portfolio
- To achieve healthy revenues without compromising on clients profitability
- To have a clear focus on client mining
- To conduct regular Client Meetings & update the same in the meeting tracker
- To attain maximum reach of investment ideas/stock calls initiated
- To assist in new client acquisition, building new relationships, and increasing depth in existing relationships
- Keep abreast of the market news, financial trends, and current affairs
- To attend post result conceals, analyst meets for improved client servicing.
Requirements
- Graduate / Postgraduate with Min 1 Year experience.
- Should have good communication & presentation skills.
- Should be a self-starter, proactive & target-oriented.
- Should possess strong communication skills.
