Preferred Skill Set: Keen interest in education. Being interested in mentoring students. A knack for sales and positioning an idea

Candidates with more than 35K (fixed) per month in hand will not be considered.

Academic Qualification: Any graduate degree/Post Graduate degree with maximum experience)

Age: 29 years

CTC: First 2 Months - 3 LPA (Fixed) + 2 LPA (variable)

Location:Rajasthan, Gujarat, Punjab, North East, Karnataka

If the candidate completes the two month training, and is found suitable by the concerned authorities, then he will be permanently placed as a Business Development Associate (BDA)

POST Training (BDA) 5 LPA (Fixed) + 3 LPA (Variable) + 2 LPA (Direct sales allowance for FOS)

Job Description (BDA): Selected candidates will be working as an associate doing field sales in their region and working in a team of go-getters to help spread the way of Learning in your city. As a BDA they will be required to assist students and parents in their region that have downloaded the application using a consultative selling approach. The ideal candidate needs to be a quick learner with strong negotiation skills and is able to demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
