Job Description

We are looking for a Scrum Master to coordinate and coach our software development team. You should have excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques. You'll also need the ability to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitating changes) with your mindset on deliverables. If you're a strong communicator, a capable leader, and you're invested in Agile frameworks, we'd like to meet you.

Must-Have Skills:

• The overall experience of 8 to 12 years;
• Primary Skills- Project Management with SDLC, SCRUM, and SAFE Agile knowledge.
• Able to facilitate and provide servant leadership to the Scrum team.
• Good exposure to Agile / Scrum / SAFE methodologies.
• Able to handle impediments, reporting, reviews, and governance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
