Position :- Purchase Professional ( Manager Leve)
Job Code :- DH PURCHASE
Qualification :- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Min 10 years +, in Industrial Engineering Segment
Working Location :- Thane - Mumbai
Type of Industry :- Industrial Process Equipments.
Job Profile :-
Experience in project procurement such as instruments, valves, pipe and pipe fittings, electric panel, plates , capital goods such as machine, etc.
Capable of searching domestically and international products.
Capable of making contracts for procurement and AMC.
Computer literacy with ERP is must.
Experience from fire protection contracting division will be preferred or from EPC company experience.
Aware of ISO Procedures
Knowledge of GST/ E-way bills/ Transport logistics etc.
Excellent communication skill with command over spoken and written English.
Familiar with Purchase procedure, Terms and conditions
Work collaboratively and negotiate and engage with suppliers regarding new projects, and supplies
Negotiate contracts for pricing and terms of business with suppliers
Experience in procurement of engineering industry project and capital items
Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operations
Assess and evaluate suppliers and undertake performance reviews to ensure contract compliance
Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures
Mentor and coach the purchase team to enhance their career and professional development
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Results orientated with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines
