Job Description
3Pillar Global is a Software Engineer II - Python based applications development. We want competitive candidates who possesses solid experience with Flask. The candidate must also demonstrate capabilities for high speed adoption. Candidate should also have experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and data transport formats.REQUIREMENTS
Strong experience on Python and Django/ Flask
Has experience of Scalability, Web Services & UI (CSS, HTML, JavaScript Frameworks)
Experience on exception handling, correct use of data structures, multi - threaded programming, memory management and application tuning.
Practical application of software product development standards and methodologies including Agile.
Ability to apply design patterns consistently.
Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills are required to effectively engage internal stakeholders and their technical representatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Requirement analysis, Coding, design, implementation, testing, problem analysis and resolution, and technical documentation.
Shares information on new technology that could be used on projects. Deep knowledge of more than one front end programming language.
Manage a complete tool set for streamlined development. Leads quality improvement
Conversations. Collaborates with senior managers to communicate project risks to client.
Involved in customer- facing work with a proven track record or delivering high- quality software products on time and within budget.
Maintains an open, mutual and respected relationship with clients, stakeholders and team members.
Formulate sound, efficient, sustainable, and cost- effective technical solutions for implementation in enterprise- wide environments is an essential skill.
Understanding of technical requirements and how they relate and familiarity in general performance practices like caching, query optimization, memory utilization and clean- up etc.
Ability to mentor interns and support peers
Passion to keep up- to- date with latest happenings in core technology
Understands how various requirements impact project budget and new revenue opportunities,
Optimizes delivery, meet deadlines, and deliver results,
Understands complimentary product development capabilities and the interactions between disciplines
