We are inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Source to Pay
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible to perform the following:
Understand queries from Suppliers and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to provide timely clarifications / resolution to suppliers.
Execute/ facilitate commercial agreements: deliver product from start to finish (from written document through to completion of eCommerce)
Facilitates MSA negotiations with category management, asset supply chain, legal, and clause owners; keeps all documentation (including revisions and agreed decisions) in clear, accurate and organized manner
System Champion: understand systems, utilize reports, create reports, and analysis
Collaborate to deliver price book compliance; report off-contract spend for key categories and provide direction for category management
Contract management and reporting; Contract clean up and rationalization
Update necessary systems to enable Purchase Order generation
Spend reporting, KPI tracking and reporting
Continuous improvement on system / process inefficiencies
On time for meetings and prepared to discuss action item status
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
University graduate in any discipline
Must possess sound knowledge of global and local supplier base
Should have basic understanding of End to End Sourcing & Procurement processes & its implications in a manufacturing industry.
Preferred qualifications
Rich work experience
Must have sound knowledge of English
Preferable to have practical knowledge of SAP and Ariba
