Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst
Responsibilities
- Understand, summarize, and articulate business problems and track how the proposed solution solves the said problem
- Needs SQL Skills and be the overall lead. Exposure to ETL will be of great help to bridge the gap between Business and Technical team
- Break down complex Data into meaningful chunks and synthesize meaningful action plans relevant to the business
- Translate requirements into Business Requirement Document [BRD], Functional Requirement Document [FRD] and/or Minor Development Document [MDD]. Perform business and data analysis in development of requirements and in ongoing support of production applications.
- Creates mapping of data sources, data movement, interfaces, and analytics. Creates flow diagrams, structure charts, and other types of system, process, and data flow representations.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business user community and QA teams. Develop UAT test cases and test scripts for manual and automated data load validation and approval. Execute UAT test scripts and document results of test scripts for review and approval. Support end-to-end parallel production testing and financial reconciliation of input/output data.
- Collaborate and coordinate with offshore and onsite team members to fulfill the BA responsibilities from project initiation to post-implementation.
- Manage changes to requirements and baseline through a change control process
Minimum Qualifications
- Btech
- Solid of experience in solution design or business systems analysis
- Previous project management experience
- Thorough understanding of cloud services and architectures
- Proven experience in business architecture
- Strong problem solving, organizational and leadership skills
Preferred qualifications
- Work collaboratively with business and technology partners to translate business problems into technical solutions
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills reviewing application logs or when troubleshooting existing business processes
- Ability to author FRD s and BRD s
- Good analyzing capabilities, to break complex problems into simpler ones.
- Ability to explain domain concepts to Developers
- Experience in a business analyst capacity to automate data ingestion/data aggregation/data disaggregation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
