  • Manage the team
  • Prepare the Ops reports
  • Understands the working of dialer
  • Ensure that the sales/team targets are achieved
  • Meet and exceeds individual and team KPIs
  • Ensure team bonding and keep motivating the team
  • Have to take level 2 / verification / supervisor calls and ensure sales and client satisfaction
  • ATL/TL is required to manage the team of GST Experts who further sell the Franchise License of GSC on verified leads (no cold calling) by briefing the customer about the business opportunity .
